When you submit information through one of these forms, the platform may provide that information to Spartanus so we can respond to your inquiry, provide requested information, evaluate transportation needs, conduct appropriate sales follow-up, and maintain the business relationship.

Your use of a third-party platform is also subject to that platform's own privacy practices and policies. Spartanus does not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties.

We use workforce application information to evaluate candidates for employment or independent-contractor opportunities, communicate about those opportunities, verify job-related information, maintain recruiting records, and comply with legal obligations. Applicant information is not used for unrelated marketing.

Applicant information may be provided to authorized personnel, service providers acting on our behalf, professional advisers, legally authorized screening providers, or government authorities when required by law. Highly sensitive onboarding information, including Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, tax forms, and I-9 documents, must not be submitted through the public application. The workforce application also presents an Applicant Privacy Notice governing information submitted through that process.

Consent Not a Condition of Employment

For recruiting communications where consent is requested, providing consent to receive promotional communications is not a condition of employment or engagement with Spartanus Cargo Systems.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, business and operational needs, contractual requirements, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
